Founder
What started as a small garage gym built for myself, quickly turned into a place where others came to motivate, inspire and realize what they were truly physically capable of. I started Potential Realized Training just over 4 years ago by taking my passion for fitness and my love for seeing others succeed and created a community of like-minded people. I love coaching PRT'ers daily and seeing members of all ages and fitness backgrounds learn and grow.

I am a Mom of 2 girls. I was a collegiate athlete and didn't really find my love for fitness until joining PRT in 2014. PRT proves that fitness can be fun and life-changing in so many ways. Since joining PRT I am healthier, stronger and happier than ever. I love coaching, inspiring and motivating others to help them ``realize their potential``. I love my job and I am so proud to be a part of the PRT family.
